1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Forgotten Nebula Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately close the site and cease all gameplay.

2. Eligibility

This platform is intended exclusively for users located in Canada. You must be at least 19 years of age to access our games, or 18 years of age if residing in Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec.

3. Free-to-Play Nature

Forgotten Nebula Empire is a social casino offering simulated gaming for entertainment purposes only. No real money is required to play, and no real-world prizes can be won.

4. Virtual Currency

All gameplay relies on our virtual currency, Stardust Cores. Stardust Cores are awarded for free, cannot be purchased, cannot be transferred, and hold absolutely zero monetary value outside of our games like Supernova Relics.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the design, lore, graphics of AR-7, Asteroid Field Navigation, and Supernova Relics, are the exclusive property of Nebula Interactive Studios Ltd. and are protected by Canadian copyright laws.

6. No Real-Money Gambling

We strictly prohibit any form of real-money gambling. The mechanics of our games simulate chance-based events but exist purely for risk-free entertainment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nebula Interactive Studios Ltd. provides this platform on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, loss of virtual Stardust Cores, or technical glitches that may occur during your session.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
